Delivery Policy –

Delivery time varies on product/s selected, for instance, EDIX are usually 2-3 weeks (customs clearance dependant) as they are imported from the Netherlands. Customised orders for EDIX Saddles are usually 10-12 weeks minimum, to allow time for production. Unbranded clothing can be as little as a 7-day turnaround, however, personalised equine apparel is 7-21 days depending on order quantity.

Our delivery partners may have higher charges than other delivery companies but following research and reviews we have found they provide a much higher quality of service.

Returns Policy –

To be eligible for a return the following applies:

• All items must be returned within 14 days of being received.
• Items must include the original packaging and labels/swing tickets.
• Where appropriate the item must not have been used or worn other than to test for size/fitting and be in the same condition that you received it.
• We will not accept items back in anything other than the condition received, even if subsequently cleaned.
• We only recommend and request EDIX/Oakwood care products are used. These are available to purchase from Bell4Branding and are usually in UK Stock.
• Unless there is a manufacturing fault, all returnable items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted prior to any refund given (including EDIX Saddles trials).
• Refunds will only be processed through original payment method.
• Where a manufacturing return is queried: The item in question will be required to be returned at customers cost, to be inspected.
• Manufacturing fault investigations are referred to the manufacturer and can take up to 14 days to complete from receipt of the parcel.
• Once investigated you will be contacted and if the item is deemed to be faulty, the customer will be refunded and appropriate receipted postage also refunded.
• Refunds will only be processed through original payment method.
• Associated purchased items are not related to each other and as such would be treated as individual.
• We are unable to accept any returns of ‘Special Order/Customised’ items. Any items classes as ‘Special Order/Customised’ will be clearly identified before sale and exempt from the 14-day return policy.
• If you are returning an item for an exchange, you are responsible for the postage costs of the new item.
• Include your order number, name, address and contact information when returning an item.
• To return your item(s), post to: Bell4Branding Limited, Suite 6, Dunston House, Livingston Road, Hessle, East Yorkshire, HU13 0EG.
• In all return instances, we request our customers contact us directly to resolve and refrain from posting any details on social media.

As we have no control over the use of products supplied, by the end user, we cannot accept any liability howsoever caused, nor do we accept any consequential liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the products we supply.
